Shipping
Orders are typically packaged same day and we send packages to the post office every Monday. If you order on a Monday after we have already taken our packages, your package will be sent the following Monday.
Please double check your address at checkout to ensure your items arrive at the correct address!
Shop pickup
If you choose to pick up your order in the store, we ask that you pick it up within 2-3 business days during our normal business hours. (Store hours can be found on our About us page)
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may call us or come into our store and we can arrange an exchange or give you store credit.
If you are sent an incorrect item, we ask that you inform us within 4 days of receiving your order. Please have proof of original, desired item on your invoice and proof of incorrect item readily available so we can correct the mistake. We will refund shipping so you can send back the incorrect item and once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost!
If an item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours from the day you received your package to inform us of the incident and provide us with proof of damage. Once verified we will begin the exchange process.
